History of the Camden Snow Bowl

The Camden-Rockport Historical Society and the Camden Public Library will co-host a “History of the Camden Snow Bowl” as part of the Winter History Series at the Library, on Sunday afternoon, January 21, 2:00 pm. The event will include a slide show and timeline of the Snow Bowl, from its inception as the Camden Outing Club in the 1930s, to its current modern configuration. Panelists will include Bob Annis, Stuart Young, Lawrence Nash, Mort Strom, Beth Ward, and more, sharing history and stories of the early days of the Snow Bowl — a unique community treasure.
