The dates for the Fall Harbor Arts & Books Fairs will be September 30 & October 1 from 10:00 to 4:00 both days. The fair features items for every taste and prices for every pocketbook! Art patrons will find works in oil, watercolor, acrylics, as well as photography, sculpture, and mixed media. At its regularly scheduled reading and discussion group on the first Tuesday of the month, the Camden Philosophical Society will continue with the format of inviting participants to say why philosophy matters to them and to reference one philosopher they especially like. Brief readings from texts are encouraged but not essential. The discussion will take place Tuesday, October 3, from 4:00 -6:00 pm in the Picker Room of the Camden Public Library. All are welcome.
