We never outgrow listening to a good story read aloud. Join us every Friday afternoon at 11:00 am in the comfortable seating by the Teen Section. Librarians and community members take turns reading each week. Readings last 30 - 60 minutes. If you are interested in being a reader, please contact Cayla at cmiller@librarycamden.org.

Dave Jackson and Amy Rollins lead an educational and entertaining tour of downtown Camden each Friday from June 29 to September 14. Tours run approximately an hour and fifteen minutes. Reservations are recommended. Please call the library at 236-3440 to reserve a spot. Tours are free, though donations are appreciated. Meet at the Atlantic Avenue entrance to the library, in the Children's Garden.

Bay Winds North Wind Ensemble will play in the Camden Library Amphitheatre at 2:00 pm on Sunday, August 26. The concert is free and open to the public. Read and chat – entirely in Spanish! This Spanish language reading and conversation group  will continue on “second and fourth Tuesday” meetings  at 1:00 pm at the Camden Public Library. We’ll chat in Spanish about what we’re reading (books, magazines, etc.) and decide how to proceed.
