Running time: 60 min.

Tickets are on sale now at the Camden Public Library. Tickets are $5 per person or $15 for a family. Children under 5 are free. The first 100 children through the doors get their very own eye patch!

Captain Jack is played by Colin Stewart, Annabel Parker plays Carla, Kevin Bergelin plays Principal Purvis, Ms. Quern is played by Alexys Schaeffer. The ensemble cast is Wesley Henderson, Preston Henderson, Anna Weber, and Cooper McBride.

“At heart, Uncle Pirate proves more of a Boy Scout than a buccaneer, but that won’t distress theatergoers under 12, this diverting and often funny musical’s ideal audience … Theatergoers at a recent performance particularly enjoyed a classroom duel in which Uncle Pirate bravely wields first a pointer, then a ruler and finally a book. Education, it seems, really is the way to win life’s battles” ~ The New York Times

Adapted for the stage by Ben H. Winters, based on the book Uncle Pirate by Douglas Rees. Music and Lyrics by Drew Fornarola.
