The Camden Public Library will host more than 80 artists in its annual summer Harbor Arts & Books Fair on July 15 and 16, 2017. The fair will feature items for every taste and prices for every pocketbook!
Art patrons will find works in watercolor, oil, acrylics, and pastels, as well as photography, sculpture, and mixed media. Fans of handcrafted wares can shop for pottery, glass, woodcrafts, jewelry, and furniture. Fiber artists will also be represented with a wide selection of hand-woven sweaters, handmade quilts, and much more.
Harbor Arts & Books Fair is an admission-free, family-friendly event, making it a perfect day trip or weekend destination. Area inns, restaurants, and day-sailing schooners welcome our Harbor Arts guests — and the coastal panoramic views from nearby Mount Battie are not to be missed!
The Camden Public Library carries on the tradition of excellent juried arts, with a festive flavor and emphasis on quality and publicity.
Exhibitor booths will be in the Amphitheatre, on Atlantic Avenue in Camden, and along the water in beautiful and scenic Harbor Park.
Generous support for the Fair is provided by lead sponsor The Reny Charitable Foundation and co-sponsor First National Bank.
A complete list of exhibitors and booth locations will be online leading up to the show at http://www.librarycamden.org/harbor-arts-and-books-2017/
